Mindfulness workshops / webinars op het werk

Door middel van de (online) workshops krijg je inzicht in de grote toegevoegde waarde die mindfulness kan betekenen voor een bedrijf en zijn werknemers.

Diverse workshops heb ik gegeven bij Elsevier BV (locaties Amsterdam, Londen en Oxford), Reed Business NL, ABN AMRO, Wijkgerichte Zorg Kennemerland, Stichting Jeugd en Gezin Bloemendaal, Welzijn Bloemendaal, Bloemendaal Onderneemt, STG vrijwilligershulp & mantelzorg, Ski vereniging KennemerRand, tijdens het “Wij zijn Mind.nl” evenement en bij De Broekriem.

Zo heb ik bij Elsevier een webinar gegeven over compassie voor 600 deelnemers wereldwijd, over het inzetten van Mindfulness tijdens Zoom meetings en over mindfulness op het werk. En wekelijks geef ik online mindfulness meditaties aan collega’s over de hele wereld.

Daarnaast ben ik hoofd Champion bij de Employee Network Group “MindLife” binnen Elsevier en werk ik mee aan de wellbeing van de medewerker. Als Mental Wellbeing First Aider en compassionate listener help ik collega’s met diverse mentale uitdagingen.
