Penny Newton: “I had the pleasure of working together with Jolanda to develop a webinar on Compassion and Empathy for Elsevier. Jolanda brought wisdom and knowledge to the content as we were developing it, and she also delivered it with care and professionalism. It was a huge success!”
Nicole: “Thank you. We all found that you were very authentic. We could see that you practiced and could see what practicing mindfulness can achieve.”
Valerie: “As the manager of a very busy sales team within Elsevier, I asked Jolanda to hold an hour Mindfulness workshop during our team meeting, right at the end of the day when everybody was really tired of all the conversations and presentations. Jolanda guided us in a very gentle way towards reflecting on our “busi-ness” and provided lots of room for input, remarks, sharing of experience from all participants. This created the right climate and ensured that everybody got engaged and not concerned with “letting go” and being oneself. Along the way, Jolanda talentedly conducted several practical exercises which allowed everyone to refresh and directly feel the benefits of mindfulness.
We all left the session rejuvenated and I received several thanks from my team members for having held this session and for its great quality, for which all credits go to Jolanda. For me, she is the right person to go to in order to get an excellent and dedicated guidance into Mindfulness.”
Charles: “Jolanda recently delivered a Mindfulness course to our sales team. Jolanda was fully aware of he high pressure sales environment we operate in and managed to teach us 3 different ways in which to de-stress and be more self aware. I have put Jolanda’s teachings to good practice and have started to employ them on a daily basis. I strongly recommend Jolanda’s techniques and teaching style”
Angelique: ”I attended a mindfulness session by Jolanda in September and was impressed by how she did this. She was able to make me feel calm and relaxed in the middle of a working day. I will certainly attend more of her sessions in the future”

Priyanka: “The meditation helped me to calm myself and reduce thoughts”
